摘要
目的:研究类风湿性关节炎的主要证候、各证候的诊断标准。方法:采用临床调查方法,收集770例类风湿性关节炎资料,并对资料进行统计分析。结果:得出770例类风湿性关节炎各证型所占百分比,并按由高到低顺序列出各证型相应症状的出现率,并对其进行主成分分析。结论:确定类风湿性关节炎的主要证型及各证型的诊断标准。
Objective：To study the main syndromes and diagnosis standard of every syndrome of TCM in the rheumatoid arthritis （RA）.Methods：Using clinical methods of investigation,collecting data on 770 cases of rheumatoid arthritis and analyzing the statistical data.Results：At first,the percentage of each syndrome type of the 770 case was calculated.Then,the occurrence rates were arranged from high to low.Later,770 case were analyzed.Conclusion：To make certain the main syndromes and diagnosis standard of every syndrome of TCM in the rheumatoid arthritis （RA）.
