摘要
实验室是食品行业发展的技术支撑,在食品行业发展中起着重要的作用。为了应对国内外技术标准要求,为了保证所提供的数据公正、准确和科学,这就要求我们建立一个完整的质量管理体系来控制实验室的各项工作。本文概述了食品理化实验室质量控制的关键要素,包括内部质量控制和外部质量控制,并对内部质量控制进行了详细分析。
Laboratory provides technical support and plays an important role in development of food industry.In response to domestic and international technical standards,in order to ensure the data provided fair,accurate and scientific,it is necessary to establish a complete quality management system to control the laboratory's work.The critical points for quality control in the Foodstuff physical and chemical Lab were summarized in the paper,including internal and external quality control.Meanwhile,the internal quality control were analyzed in detail.
