摘要
本文利用不同浓度的亚硒酸钠溶液培养蒜苗,使硒富集于蒜苗,并用生物发光技术测定其水溶液对生物发光的抑制率,实验表明富硒蒜苗消除自由基的作用比普通蒜苗强。
In this investigation the garlic bolts were cultured by sodium selenite solution at various concentrations and selenium was enriched in the garlic bolts. The effect of the sodium selenite solution on the inhibition of the bioluminescence was determined by bioluminescence technique. The experiment demosntrates that the effect of enrich garlic bolts on the scavenging free radicals is greater than that of the general garlic.
