简要介绍了华北电网有限公司封印管理体系的设计实施和主要特点,阐述了建立封印管理体系对于加强用电现场管理水平,防范窃电行为具有的重要意义。
This paper introduces the design and application of sealing management system in North China Grid Company Limited,emphasizes the importance of the system.It can promote the management level in field power utiligation and can provide firmly supporting to beating the steal beheavior.
