摘要
深化医疗卫生体制改革对进一步发展有中国特色的、以社区人群为主要对象的全科医疗提出了更高的要求,建立和利用卫生信息学可以是全科医学发展过程中必经之路,也是全科医学从低水平的孤岛中腾飞的阶梯。澳大利亚在推动卫生信息学与基于社区的全科医学相结合方面有很长的历史,并取得显著成就。本文介绍了卫生信息学在全科医学中的地位和角色。
General Practice is the keystone of China medical health system reform. Health informatics will be necessary to the development of general practice, as well as be the only passage to break away from isolated status for general practice. Australia has a long history and much health informaties with practice in Australia, general practice. This article summarize the and discuss the role of health informatics in experience to facilitate the combination of rationale, system, current status of general general practice.
