摘要
当前比例压力阀及比例流量阀在测试过程中没有统一的标准,使得比例阀的测试与检测比较混乱,且许多新的性能指标无法测试,不利于标准化和规范化,也有碍其性能的标定。结合当前相关行业标准总结出比例阀所需和待测试的性能特性,提出在标准实验条件下性能测试的参考标准,并在此基础上阐述目前制约其项目测试的相关因素,为推动比例阀的自动化及规范化检测做好铺垫。
There is no uniform criterion in the testing processing of proportional pressure and flow valve, the testing on proportional valve is quite confusable, and many new performance indicators cannot be tested. Standardization, normalization of testing are hard to implement and performances of proportional valve are hard to indicate. Performances characteristic of proportional valve testing were summed up and criterion of proportional valve testing was proposed in the standard testing condition. The factors which restricted proportional valve testing at present were introduced.
