摘要 鉴于现有疫苗和抗病毒药物在治疗口蹄疫方面存在的局限性,寻找新型抗病毒策略势在必行,而RNA干扰正是一种有益的尝试。RNA干扰通过沉默哺乳动物细胞中的基因表达,可有效的阻断口蹄疫病毒在宿主体内的复制。论文以口蹄疫病毒引起宿主细胞病变、RNA干扰的机制及RNA干扰抑制FMDV在宿主细胞内复制为内容,探讨如何更加有效地防控口蹄疫。 Because of the limited effectiveness of existing vaccines and antiviral drugs in treat of foot-and-mouth disease(FMD),it is necessary to find a new strategy to control the virus,therefore RNA interference(RNAi)is a kind of beneficial attempt.RNAi is an effective means of suppressing foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV)replication in vitro,through the silence of specific viral gene expression in mammalian cells.This paper reviewed the host cell cytopathic effect caused by FMDV,the mechanism of RNA interference and RNA interference inhibiticn of FMDV replication in host cell,in order to prevent and control FMD more efficiently.
