摘要
物料清单(BOM:Bill of Material)是企业运行制造资源计划(MRPⅡ:Manufacturing Resources Planning)的核心,统一而有效的BOM将对MRPⅡ运行有重要意义.文章从BOM的基本概念出发,系统阐述了BOM在企业中的地位及作用.并通过对现阶段企业BOM在实际应用中的一些亟待解决的问题进行了深入的分析与探讨,提出了解决这些问题的一些思想和方法.
Bill of material ( BOM) is the core of carrying out MRP II in the enterprises. And it is important for applying MRP II . The status and the function of BOM of the enterprises are given by a systematic exposition based on the concept of BOM. Problems which should be solved in practical application of BOM at present are analyzed and probed into, also some thoughts and methods are proposed.
