摘要
目的评价解型髋动力锁定钢板(anatomical dynamic hip lock nickelclad,ADHLN)内固定治疗股骨转子部骨折的方法和疗效。方法对38例骨转子部骨折作切开复位解剖型髋动力锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果经过4个月～2年半随访,全部病例骨折达骨性愈合,且髋关节功能恢复满意,并发症少。结论应用解剖型髋动力锁定枫板治疗股骨转子部骨折具有固定可靠,防旋转能力强,术后恢复快,便于早期功能锻炼,骨折愈合优良率高等优点。
Objective To evaluate the method and effects of the anatomical dynamic hip lock nickelclad （ADHLN） in internal fixation treating fractures of thigh-bones changing into sesamoid-bones. Methods A total of 38 patients with bone fractures for open diaplasis were treated by using ADHLN. Results After the follow-up from 4 months to two and a half years, all the cases of bone fractures were healed up, and the hip joint function was satisfied with few complications. Conclusions ADHLN for treating bone fractures into sesamoid-bones has a fixed, reliable, strong antispin rotation and quick postoperative recovery ability.
