摘要
蚕丝丝素膜是弱两性天然高分子荷电膜。本文研究了在不同的pH条件下氨基酸在丝素膜上的渗透情况。实验结果表明：当溶液的pH值处于丝素膜和氨基酸的等电点之间时，氨基酸通过丝素膜的量较大，而当pH值处于丝素膜和氨基酸两者的等电点之外时，氨基酸的透过量较小。
Studies the permeablity of amino acid through silk fibroin membrane with different pH, and achieved the conclusion that the best permeablity is with the pH when pI is not equal to one of both silk fibroin and amino acid.
