摘要
通过对概念设计的分析研究,阐述了TRIZ的理论体系及其简化的"1141"体系,归纳了TRIZ的理论基础和基本思想,介绍了基于TRIZ的产品概念设计过程模型,分析了TRIZ中技术冲突及物理冲突解决流程以及2种冲突解决原理之间的转化关系。基于TRIZ概念设计过程模型,将TRIZ中技术冲突解决原理及物理冲突解决原理应用于新型旋转展车台的概念设计中,并通过实验研究验证了TRIZ概念设计过程模型的正确性及可行性。
Through the analysis and study of conceptual design,the TRIZ theory system and its simplified "1141" system are described; the theoretical basis and basic idea of TRIZ are induced; the process model of product conceptual design based on TRIZ is introduced; the resolving process between technical conflicts and physical conflicts from TRIZ and the transformation relationship between the two conflicts resolving principles are analyzed. Based on TRIZ conceptual design process model,the technical and the physical conflicts resolving principles to the conceptual design of new rotary car exhibition platform is applied,and the correctness and feasibility of TRIZ conceptual design process model through experimentation are verified.
