摘要
采用短棒试样测定了普通灰口铸铁及其补焊焊缝的平面应变断裂韧性KIC。结果表明:HT100灰口铸铁KIC值可达25MPam,经手工电弧焊或气焊补焊后的KIC值明显下降。
The plane strain fracture toughness of grey cast iron and its complement weld joint is tested by using short rod sample. The tests show that the K IC of grey cast iron HT100 can rearch 25 MPam, and the K IC of the complement weld joint piece by handicraft arc welding and gas welding will decrease obviously. The result should be considered for complement welding of significant grey cast work pieces.
