摘要
公路隧道的特殊环境容易引发交通事故,造成交通事故的原因有来自驾驶员、车辆、道路和环境等诸多方面。通过对不同自然条件下交通事故的形成过程进行分析,认为洞内照明不足、能见度低、大量尘埃和废气凝聚造成路面摩擦系数低、安全设施不完备是导致隧道交通事故的主要原因。从而有针对性地提出在公路隧道设计、施工、运营管理过程中,减少和防止交通事故发生的方法、途径和对策。
Traffic accidents in highway tunnels usually result from the special environment of highway tunnels, and the factors of drivers, vehicles and roadways. The occurrence of accidents under different natural conditions was analyzed. The main causes of traffic accidents included low friction coefficient of road surface due to deficient illuminance, low visibility and accumulated mass dust and exhaust gas, and imperfect safety measures. Countermeasures against traffic accidents in highway tunnels were proposed in terms of design, construction, operation and management.
