多形性日光疹108例紫外线作用光谱分析

摘要 目的探讨多形性日光疹(PMLE)的紫外线作用光谱。方法对108例PMLE患者进行UVA-MED,UVB-MED测定,同时与117例银屑病患者进行对照。结果PMLE患者的UVA-MED测定值(89.31)明显低于银屑病患者(134.87)(P<0.01);PMLE患者的UVA-MED测定值明显高于UVB-MED测定值(107.35)(P<0.01)。结论本组多形性日光疹患者紫外线作用光谱中,UVA占有重要位置;另外,PMLE的作用光谱有待于更大样本量的研究。 Objective To investigate the ultraviolet rays action spectrum of the polymonphous light eruption. Methods Assay the UVA-MED and UVB-MED of the 108 polymonphous light eruption patients. Meanwhile to com- pare with the 117 psoriasis. Results The value of UVA-MED from the polymonphous light eruption patients was obviously less than that in psoriatic' group ( P 〈 0, 01 ). And the value of UVA-MED was obviously higher than that UVB-MED in the polymonphous light eruption patients (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion UVA is an important pathogenic factor of polymonphous light eruption. In addition the action spectrum is expected to be studied in a large sample
