摘要
为了获取性能优良的电子束焊构件,在航空领域中更好地发挥电子束焊技术的作用,文中分析了不同工艺条件下接头的形状特征,进行了接头组织及拉伸力学性能的研究。试验结果表明,调控电子束焊工艺可获得钉形、钟罩形及漏斗形等形状接头,但无法改变焊缝金属的组织形态;由于呈现近似的"熔合线平行"特征,钟罩形接头的拉伸性能比其他形状接头更理想。研究表明,电子束焊接头形状特征可作为表征高能束焊接工艺与力学性能相关性的重要因素。
To obtain the excellent components by electron beam welding (EBW) and to widely employ the technology in aeronautical field,the characteristics of weld shape of EBW at different parameters were analyzed.The microstrueture and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that three kinds of joint,nail shape,bell shape and funnel shape,were welded with different EBW parameters,but the shape of weld microstructure was uniform among different joints.The tensile properties of the bell shape joints were better than the other joints and the reason is that the fusion zone boundaries of the bell joint are approximately parallel.From the results,the characteristics of the weld shape relate EBW processing with the joint properties.
