摘要
以粮油检验与分析课程实验教学为例,结合其实验教学现状与特点,探讨与分析粮油食品类专业实验教学与管理中存在的主要问题。发现目前实验教学中存在实验教学的观念不正确,实验内容孤立,学生缺乏实际操作训练,只重视测定环节等问题。结合长期实验教学实践,提出了加强实验课课程体系建设,改革教学内容、手段、考核方式和质量保障等应对措施和建议。
The paper takes for example grain ＆ oil inspecting and experimental teaching of analytical courses to discuss and analyze the major problems existing in the experimental teaching andmanaging of grain ＆ oil speciality in combination with the teaching status quo and characteristics of experimental teaching. The problems are as follows： shortage of scientific sense of experimental teaching, lack of practical training, emphasis only on steps of determination etc. The paper advances some measures and suggestions such as strengthening and rebuilding the exerimental course system, and reforming the teaching contents, methods, assessment and quality assurance.
