摘要
目前,高校毕业生的就业问题已经成为全社会普遍关注的焦点问题,面对计算机专业学生纷繁复杂的就业形势,学校如何制定正确的策略和措施,调整计算机专业人才培养目标及培养计划,把学生培养成为适应人才市场需要的专业人才,对计算机专业学生的顺利就业具有十分重要的现实意义。为了清楚了解社会、学校以及计算机专科生在就业时所面临的问题,以问卷形式展开调查,并对调查结果进行分析,提出了一些参考意见。
The employment of the university and college graduates has become the focus of the whole society. Facing with the sophisticated situation of the employment of computer graduates, it is meaningful for promotion of the employment to stipulate the correct strategy and means of school, and to adjust the objectives and schedule of talent cultivation, and also to cultivate students to be qualified professionals suiting the requirement of talent market. In order to find out the problems encountered by society, school and college computer graduates in the respect of employment, an analysis on the result of a questionnaire is made and some advices for reference are proposed.
