摘要
目的根据21例终末期癌症患者和家属不同程度对治疗价值存在的争议和不同态度,寻找相关的法律依据和护士应采取的应对措施。方法通过入院评估和自行设计的问题对患者及家属进行调查。结果对放弃积极治疗的做法未找到相关的法律支持。结论护士应维护患者尊严,采取措施积极挽救生命。
Objective According to 21example end-stage cancer patient and family member varying degree treat positively, seeks the correlation the legal basis and nurse should adopt should to the measure. Methods The question and independently designs which through in hospital appraisal carries on the investigation to the patient and the family member. Result For the abandonment of the practice of active treatment did not find the relevant legal support. Conclusions The nurse should defend the patient dignity, takes the measure to save the life positively.
