摘要
根据JJF1059—1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》的要求,采用某弹簧钢系统地对洛氏硬度的测量不确定度进行了评定。结果表明,本试验条件下的洛氏硬度的测量不确定度为0.9HRC。
According to the requirements of standard JJF1059-1999,some spring steel was adopted to evaluate systematically the uncertainty of measurement result of Rockwell hardness. The result shows that the uncertainty of Rockwell hardness is 0.9HRC on this test condition.
