摘要
近年来,河南经济社会发展取得了巨大成就,但要实现跨越发展,还必须着力破解深层次矛盾和问题,紧紧抓住国家实施中部崛起规划的机遇,按照"一个载体、三个体系"的思路,促进"三化"协调发展,培育并构建拉动经济增长的内生机制,形成有效提高经济质量效益的发展模式。
In recent years, great achievements have been made in economic and social development in Henan province. To achieve leap- forward development, great efforts must also be made to solve deeprooted contradictions and problems. The opportunity of nationally implementing the rising of Central China plan should be taken. According to ＂one cartier, three systems＂ ideas, the ＂three＂ should be promoted to develop harmoniously, endogenous mechanism for pulling economic growth should be nurtured and built to improve the quality and efficiency of the economic development model.
