摘要
建立了纤维气流引导装置的3-D结构模型,应用计算流体力学软件ANSYS CFX对模型内气流场进行数值模拟,表征了引导装置内部三维流场的流动状态,分析了流场与纤维引导机制的相关关系,并考察喷射孔倾角对其内部流场流动特征的影响。结果表明:压缩气流经喷射孔后在纱道内形成三维旋转气流;切向速度沿纱道轴向与径向存在差异,会造成涤纶长丝上的捻度不匀;轴向速度在管壁附近处较大,涤纶长丝和纤维易与壁面碰撞。
A three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics model was developed to simulate the flow field inside the fiber-guiding device with ANSYS CFX. Flowing state, distribution of static pressure and velocity and so on were characterized and analyzed. The relationship between flowing state and fiber-drawing was also discussed. The research shows that compressive air through the jet orifice comes into three-dimensional whirly airflow. The reason of twist irregularity of filament is that the tangential velocity at different position is different. The possibility of colliding between fiber and the wall of nozzle comes from the axial velocity at different position is different.
