摘要
以3个扁桃品种成熟叶片为试材,应用电导法测定其电导率,并配合Logistic方程建立回归方程,确定其半致死温度(LT50)。结果表明,3种扁桃叶片的相对电导率均随温度的降低而增加,遵循Logistic方程的变化规律,其半致死温度在-9.736 4~-7.359 0℃之间,抗寒性大小依次为英吉沙>晋扁1号>晋扁2号,且3个品种间电导率有显著性差异。
The conductivity of 3 ahnond cultivars were determined with mature leaves as sample material,and regression model was established by using Logistic equation, then semilethal temperature (LT50) was measured. The results showed that the relative conductivity of 3 almond cnltivars increased with temperature decrease, which followed variation regular of Logistic equa- tion, and the LT50 were -9.736 4 to -7.359 0℃. The 3 varieties had the following order according to their cold hardiness: Yingjisha, Jinbian No. 1, Jinbian No.2, and there were significant differences between the electric conductivities of them.
