摘要
介绍了无石棉盘式钻机刹车块PSZ65A的研制过程及产品的各项性能,采用干法生产工艺。分析了摩擦材料热衰退和热磨损的产生原因。通过采用耐高温树脂、非金属矿物纤维、蛭石粉、云母粉、硅藻土、膨润土等非金属矿物功能填料等,研制出摩擦系数稳定,磨损小的钻机用无石棉刹车块。
The development process and the performances of product with a dry production process for the non-asbestos disc brake block PSZ65A were introduced, and the reasons of heat fade and heat wear for friction materials were analyzed in this paper. Through the use of high temperature resistant resin, non-metallic mineral fibers, vermiculite, mica, diatomite, bentonite and other non-metallic mineral function fillers, the non- asbestos brake block for drilling rig with a stable friction coefficient, and a low wear rate was developed.
