摘要
为使坡缕石矿的零维纳米化和表面改性取得理想的效果,对坡缕石粒子进行热处理,在QM-4H球磨机上使用干-湿法制备了零维坡缕石纳米材料,并用硅烷偶联剂对该材料进行表面改性,使用TEM对坡缕石纳米粒子尺寸及改性效果进行表征。考察了对含较多矿物水的坡缕石矿进行不同温度的热处理对坡缕石纳米化和表面改性的影响规律。研究结果表明:热处理后的坡缕石,使用干-湿式球磨法制备坡缕石纳米材料可以获得较高的纳米化程度,经表面改性后具有较好的分散效果。
In order to get the ideal effects on the zero-dimensional treatment and surface-modification ofpalygorskite, the palygorskite particles were heat-treated. The zero-dimensional nano-palygorskite material was prepared on the QM-4H ball-milling machine with dry-wet method from palygorskite mineral heat-treated and this material was surface-modified with silane coupling agent. The particle size and modification effect of nano-palygorskite were characterized with TEM. The infteunce laws of heat-treatment under different temperatures to nanometer treatment and surface-modification of palygorskite mineral with much mineral water were investigated. The result shows that the higher nanometer level of nano-palygorskite material made from palygorskite mineral heat-treated with dry-wet ball-milling method and the better surface-modification can be obtained after heat-treatment of palygorskite.
