摘要
专利作为衡量创新产出的度量指标,其战略资源属性日益明显,而拥有专利数量尤其是优质专利的数量正在成为国家间竞争的关键性因素。本文通过对企业授权专利实施情况所进行的问卷调查分析,发现企业授权专利创新类型大部分属于集成创新,专利实施的方式多是自行实施,大部分没有借助代理机构进行专利的实施。
As a measure of output indicators to measure innovation, patents become the most impor- tant one of its strategic resources. In particularly, the number of high-quality patents competition among countries is becoming a key factor. Articles analysis enterprises authorized to conduct a survey of the pa- tent and found that most types of corporate licensing patented innovations are integrated innovation. Mo- dalities of implementation are mostly self-imposed; most of them did not help the agency to promote the implementation of patents.
