作者资源是学术期刊核心竞争力形成与发展的重要保障。学术期刊办刊资源有限,然而又必须花费一定资源来在建立和维护作者队伍,这就要有选择地收集和发现有学术价值的作者。学术期刊作者价值评价体系的建设可以帮助学术期刊选择有潜在价值的作者来建设作者队伍。
Author resource is the important guarantee of the formation and development of academic journals＇core competitiveness. Academic journals＇ resources are limited, and they must spend some resources to establish and maintain author team. So it asks to collect and find seletively authors of academic value. The establishment of author value evaluation system of academic journals can help academic journals select authors with potential value to build the author team.
