血液分析仪计数低值血小板的误差 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血液分析仪对低值血小板的计数误差。方法将Beckman—CoulterLH-750和SysmexXE-2100全自动血液分析仪检测的120例血小板数≤50×10^9/L的新鲜血液常规标本,同时用血小板计数参考流式细胞术法测定,用Kappa和相关回归等统计学方法分析血液分析仪对低值血小板检测的准确性。结果全自动血液分析仪在血小板计数(0—50)×10^9/L时,与参考方法结果的总符合率均〉90%,Kappa值均〉0.80。但在血小板计数≤15×10^9/L时,与参考方法符合率仅75.0%-82.3%,Kappa值95%的可信限下限均〈0.80。结论全自动血液分析仪对低值血小板计数的准确性较好,但随着血小板数值的降低,其准确性有所下降。当血小板计数≤15×10^9/L时,血液分析仪对血小板的计数有一定误差,应重视复核。有条件时建议用流式细胞术(FCM)复核。
