摘要
本文以我国煤炭清洁生产与利用现状为基础,分析了今后一个时期我国煤炭工业发展的外部环境,密切结合我国以煤为主的能源结构特点,重点提出了加快推进煤炭结构调整,加强煤炭产业链全过程管理,积极推广煤炭绿色开采,提高原煤洗选率,控制高耗能产业无序发展,推进清洁生产利用,有效控制污染物排放等政策措施和相关建议。
This paper analyses the external environment of Chinese coal industry development in the near future on the basis of current situation of coal clean production and utilization. It closely relates national energy structure feature with a coal base, put its focus on proposing acceleration of coal industry structure adjustment and strengthening the management of coal industry chains. It also raises some suggestions, including actively popularizing lasting exploit of mine coal, increasing the efficiency of raw coal washing and separation, controlling the disordered development of enterprises with high energy consumption, and pushing on the utilization of clean production and effectively control the pollutant emission.
