摘要
在高速线材轧机上开发生产了400 MPa级小规格热轧带肋钢筋,对HRB400冶炼成分中Si含量按国标下限控制,Mn含量低于国标下限控制,不采用微合金化处理,采用控轧控冷的方法细化晶粒,提高钢的强度和塑性,从而获得强度、塑性、韧性均好的优良产品。开发的HRB400小规格热轧带肋钢筋屈服强度高、屈服点明显、抗拉强度高、塑性好、焊接性能好。产品质量符合GBl499.2-2007标准要求。
The HRB400 small hot- rolled steel bars were developed and produced by high speed wire roiling production process. To HRB400 smelting components Si content was controlled according to lower limit of national standard and Mn content was controlled below the lower limit of national standard, not using microalloyed processing, using thermomechanical controlling method to refine grain and increase the strength and plasticity of steel, thereby good quality products of the high strength, plasticity and toughness were obtained. The developed HRB400 small hot-rolled steel bars have high yield strength, yield obviously, high tensile strength, plasticity and welding properties. The quality of products meets standard requirements of GB1499.2-2007.
