介绍了石灰消化提渣机的结构及原理,根据实际使用案例,阐述了石灰质量对石灰消化提渣机运行的影响及相应的解决措施。
Lime slaking stage elevator is one of the necessary equipments in causticization process, it plays the key role in upgrading the causticization degree although the equipment has simple structure and working principle. If the equipment is not operated properly the caus- ticization degree will not meet the requirement, even all equipments in eausticization plant or whole paper making plant will not be running normally. The screw shaft will wear down seriously and even break down when the slaking stage elevator is used in the mills where low quality lime is used, the Ca（ OH）2 content in the stage is much higher than the requirement and the stage becomes milk state.
