螯合剂对石棉胶乳抄取板抗张强度的影响

摘要 为了减少水相体系中金属离子对胶乳在石棉纤维上吸附性能的影响,增强阴离子胶乳与纤维的结合,研究了螯合剂对石棉胶乳抄取板抗张强度的影响,在石棉纤维打浆后加入不同的螯合剂,采用抗张强度表征纤维与胶乳的结合强度。实验结果表明,乙二胺四乙酸、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠均可提高抄取板的强度,但又降低了纸料的滤水性能。其中,柠檬酸钠对滤水性能的影响最小,是一种理想的螯合剂,最佳用量为1.1%,此时抗张指数达到6.18 N.m/g。 By adding different sequestrants to the slurry of asbestos fiber after beating, sequestrants can decrease the effect of metallic ions presented in water on the absorbability of latex onto the asbestos, and enhance the bonding between anion latex and fiber. The bonding strength is characterized by tensile strength. The results showed that ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid, citrate acid and sodium citrate can improve the tensile strength of asbestos latex sheet while increase the beating degree of the slurry. Minimal increasing of beating degree is achieved when sodium citrate is used among the sequestrants, therefore, sodium citrate is an ideal sequestrant, and the tensile index reaches 6.15 N ·m/g when the optimal dosage 1.1% is used.
