Synthetic solution scheme for conductive EMI noise

摘要 为有效抑制传导电磁干扰噪声,设计了一种能够较好抑制共模噪声的优化噪声分离网络,采用单电流探头法提取噪声源内阻抗,并从技术与经济角度对各类分离网络、EMI滤波器性能进行决策参数建模,据此设计合适的传导电磁干扰综合解决方案.进行了噪声分离网络共模抑制比特性试验和基于单电流探头测量的EMI噪声源内阻抗提取试验,并开发了传导EMI噪声综合处理系统.结果表明,该综合解决方案可以实现对传导噪声的有效分离及噪声源内阻抗提取,同时可兼顾技术性与经济性而达到优化;所建立的噪声综合处理系统能较好完成噪声综合解决方案,对传导电磁兼容有参考意义. In order to effectively suppress the conducted electromagnetic interference(EMI) noises,an optimized noise separating network and a noise source impedance extraction method with single current probe were proposed.Decision-making parameter modeling of technical and economic integration and the synthetic apparatus of EMI noise processing were applied for synthetic solution design.Tests were set up for CMRR of noise separating network and noise source impedance extraction using single current probe,and the synthetic system for conducted EMI noise processing was developed.The results show that the synthetic solution scheme is valid and efficient for noise separating and source impedance extraction.Technical and economic optimization are achieved in this scheme.The scheme is well realized in the synthetic system proposed.The results provide references for conductive electromagnetic compatibility.
