摘要
人格是一种历史范畴,个体人格的完善必须与社会和时代的发展相一致。现代编辑的理想人格是赋予了新的时代内涵的德行人格、文化人格、审美人格的和谐统一与完美结合,"和谐人格"是现代编辑理想人格的本质特征。现代编辑理想人格的塑造必须通过编辑自身人格的提升与社会文化环境的正面影响这种双重路径共同达成。
Personality is a historical category and the perfection of one＇s personality must conform with the development of society and times. The ideal personality of modern editors should be a harmonious unity and perfect combination of the personality of moral integrity, culture and aesthetics, which is endowed with new epochal intension. ＂Harmonious personality＂ is the essen- tial characteristic of the ideal personality of modern editors. The molding of the ideal personality of an editor must be conducted through double ways： the elevation of the editors＇ personalities and the positive influence of social and cultural environment.
