摘要
政府提供公共服务,不但是弥补政府失灵的重要路径,而且也是政府责任之所在。在对政府提供公共服务的必然性、领域、责任底线以及存在的问题进行分析的基础上,借鉴世界银行关于提供公共服务的模式和制度安排理论,提出政府提供公共服务的有效路径,有重要的意义。
Government＇s supply for publie serviee is not only the important way to make up for government＇s inefficiency, but also its responbility. It is very important to put for ward an efficient way of government＇s supply for publie serviee by analyzing its neeessity ,fields and responbility and by referring to the modes and system theory of word Bank.
