在对物流金融常见业务模式分类的基础上,探讨了常见的业务风险和风险管理过程,并针对开展物流金融业务的第三方物流企业的主要风险及其应对措施进行了探讨。
On the basis of the classification of the common business modes of logistics finance, the paper explores the common business risks involved therein and the processes for their management and investigates into the major risks for 3PL enterprises running logistics financing business and the related countermeasures.
