摘要
明确了物流安全的研究范围,以非线性理论和复杂系统理论为指导,以事故致因理论为基础,提出了物流安全支撑体系的概念,建立了物流安全支撑体系的结构模型、行为作用模型和效用模型,通过对模型的分析明确了物流安全支撑体系的运作机理。
The paper/irst clarifies the research scope of logistics safety and under the guidance of non-linear theory, complex systems theory and accident-causing theory, it puts forward the concept of logistics safety support system and constructs the models for its structure, behavioral functions and effectivenss, elaborating on the operation mechanism of the support system through analysis.
