摘要
目的观察七星针循经叩刺配合拔罐治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将94例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组46例,治疗组采用循经叩刺加拔罐治疗,对照组采用常规毫针针刺治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95.8%,对照组为73.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);椎-基底动脉平均血流速度和血管阻力指数比较,两组患者治疗后均较治疗前有明显改善,但治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论七星针循经叩刺加拔罐治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切,疗效优于常规毫针针刺。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of seven-star needle tapping along the meridian plus cupping in treating cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy. Method Ninety-four patients with cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 48 cases and a control group of 46 cases. The treatment group received along-meridian tapping with a needle plus cupping and the control group, conventional acupuncture with filiform needles. Results The total efficacy rate was 95.8% in the treatment group and 73.9% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Mean blood flow velocity and resistance index in the vertebrobasilar artery improved significantly in both groups after treatment, but the therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Seven-star needle tapping along the meridian plus cupping has a positive therapeutic effect on cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy. The effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture with filiform needles.
