摘要
就用户供配电系统设计合理性的某些现实问题,包括用户供电电源电压的选择、双电源的"独立性"、用户供电电源进线设计、环网供电用户的"环网接入"、用电计量及收费对用户供配电系统可靠性设计的影响等问题,结合规范提出了作者的看法。
Taking the specifications consideration, suggestions are made on some practical issues related to the design rationality of the power supply and distribution system for users, including the selection of power supply voltages, the " independence" of two power sources, the design of incoming lines for user power supply, the switching-in on the ring network power supply, and the influence of electricity metering and fee charging on the reliability design of power supply and distribution system.
