摘要
ERP目的为支持企业发展战略,提高核心竞争力为目标。ISO/TS16949是ISO的质量管理体系要求。文章讨论了传统ERP系统的不足,分析了ERP系统的发展趋势与ISO/TS16949质量体系的要求,论述了ERP与ISO/TS16949融合实施的必要性和可能性,提出了二者融合实施的模式。
The purpose of ERP is to support the enterprise＇s development strategy and enhance its core competitive power. ISO/ TS16949 is the demands of the quality management system of ISO. This paper discusses the disadvantages of the traditional ERP system, analyzes the developing trend of ERP and the demands of the quality system of ISO/TS16949, expounds the necessity and feasibility of the fusion of ERP and ISO/TS16949 and puts forward the implementation mode.
