摘要
2008年以来,全球性的金融危机令众多的金融机构以及实体经济遭受重创,在金融危机的背景下,第五届公司治理国际研讨会于2009年9月5日到6日在南开大学商学院召开。国内外的专家、学者通过主题报告、主题会场等方式,就金融危机与公司治理之间的关系等方面的问题进行了深入的交流和探讨,在导致此次金融危机的主因,公司治理转型,基于监管视角下的公司治理风险的表现形式,深化公司治理改革、提高公司治理水平等方面达成了重要共识,并就金融危机背景下的公司治理改革与优化提出了各种有价值的观点。
A large number of financial institutions and the real economy have been suffering from the global Financial Crisis since 2008. Based on the background of the international Financial Crisis, the 5th International Symposium of Corporate Governance was held at Business School of Nankai University from September 5, 2009 to September 6, 2009. The experts and scholars from domestic and abroad had the in-depth exchange and discussion in the way of the thematic reports and thematic seminars as for the issues of the relationship between Financial Crisis and Corporate Governance, reached some important common consensus including the main cause of the Financial Crisis, Corporate Governance transformation, the manifestation of the risk of Corporate Governance based on the perspective of supervision, deepening the reform of Corporate Governance and improving the level of Corporate Governance, and put forward various valuable views on the reform and optimization of Corporate Governance based on the background of the Financial Crisis including keeping a lookout of the risk of Corporate Governance, strengthening the consciousness of Social Responsibility and protecting the rights and interests of the stakeholders, adapting to the system and economic background and realizing the transformation of Corporate Governance, strengthening Corporate Governance and upgrading the company value, perfecting the Investor Relations Management and enhancing the level of the investor protection. The experts and scholars from domestic and abroad thought that the main cause of the Financial Crisis is the failure of Corporate Governance, so the companies and the relevant institutions should take some measures to reform and optimize Corporate Governance in accordance with the background and conditions of the Financial Crisis.
