摘要
针对生物化学本科教学实验脂肪酸的β-氧化的实验原理复杂、耗时长、成功率低、实验结果不明显等特点,本研究分别从原理分析、材料处理、I2与Na2S2O3浓度、沉淀蛋白质、保温时间、水浴温度、HCl用量、滴定终点判断和公式计算等方面对该实验进行改进,改进后的实验方法切实可行.
With its some defects such as principle of experiment complicated, time - consuming long, a low success ratio, experimental result indistinct and etc. to β- oxidation of fatty acid, a biochemistry experiment from undergraduate teaching, this study took some improvement measures including analysis of principle, dealing with of liver, concentration of I2 and Na2S2O3, deposition of protein, soaking time, temperature of water bath, dosage of HCl, judgement of end point of titration and computational formula. Improved methods are feasible for undergraduate teaching.
