摘要
本文研究了现有条件下不同频率、功率超声波的苎麻预处理效果,并与传统的水浸与浸酸工艺比较,提出了以短时间超声波处理代替费时的浸酸处理工序的观点,为实现麻纤维的脱胶工艺自动化和连续化创造条件.
In this paper,the ultrasonic technique with different frequency and power was used as pretreatment process to raw ramie,this technique was compared with traditional immersing and pickling process. It is stated that the time comsuming immersing and pickling process can be replaced by ultrasonic treatment. Using this method, the realization of automatic and continuous ramie degumming process may be carried out.
