摘要
本文调查分析大气氟污染现状，排污费征收状况及存在问题，根据略高于治理费用原则，测算氟化物超标排污收费单价。对治理工程费用分析方法及地区经济水平、污染物危害性，排放方式调整系数的核定方法进行探讨，最终给出推荐征收标准，并进行实用验证。
The current status of air fluorine pollution,the situation and existing problems of Levying discharge fees were studyed and analysed in the paper.According to the principle of a little over treatment cost,the single price of fluoride extra-standard discharge fees was measured.Finally,a new Levying discharge fees Criterion was recommended and checked.
