摘要
目的观察沐舒坦治疗新生儿吸入性肺炎的疗效。方法将我科2007年1月至2009年6月收治疗的136例新生儿吸入性肺炎随机平均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的同时加用沐舒坦治疗。结果治疗组显效54例,有效14例,无效为0,总有效率为100%。对照组显效为12例,有效为20例,无效为36例,总有效率为47.06%。结论使用沐舒坦治疗新生儿吸入性肺炎能在短期内改善患儿临床症状,疗效肯定,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the treatment of neonatal Mucosolvan the efficacy of aspiration pneumonia. Methods Section i from January 2007 to June 2009 received 136 cases of neonatal treatment of aspiration pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group,while in the conventional therapy plus treatment with ambroxol. Results 54 cases markedly effective, 14 cases of effective and ineffective for the 0, the total effective rate was 100%.Markedly for the control group 12 cases, effective for 20 cases, 36 cases of null and void for the total effective rate was 47.06%.Conclusion The use of the treatment of neonatal Mucosolvan aspiration pneumonia in the short term to improve the clinical symptoms in children, efficacy certainly worthy to be popularized.
