摘要
目的了解血清标本的低温保存条件下因自然沉降对临床化学检验结果的影响,以便引起检验操作人员的重视。方法血清标本在4℃冷藏和-18℃下冷冻保存2d后取出,室温静置30min以上使温度平衡至室温,吸取最上层和最下层的液体标本,检测蛋白、血清酶、糖、血脂等常规生化项目。结果4℃低温保存的血清标本最上层与最下层的常规生化测定结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);-18℃冷冻保存的标本最上层与最下层检验结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论低温保存的标本因为自然沉降现象导致最上层与最下层的检验结果差异有统计学意义。因此,低温保存的标本在检验前必需要充分地混匀,以防止上下层标本的结果差异。
Objective To explore the impact of the natural deposition of serum samples stored at low temperature conditions on the chemical examination results,so to draw the attention of the operator to the problem.Methods Serum samples are stored at 4 ℃ and -18 ℃ cryopreservation for two days,and then take samples out and put them aside at the room temperature.The liquid samples at the top and the bottom were taken out to mensure the protein、enzymes、glucose、 blood lipids and other conventional biochemistry projects.Results There are differences between the the examination results of the top and bottom layer(P〈0.05),and there are also significant differences in the samples cryopreseaved under the temperature of -18 ℃(P〈0.01).Conclusion Natural sedimentation of cryopreserved samples in the test results of the top and the bottom were significantly different.Therefore,cryopreserved samples must be mixed to prevent the results of differences between the top layer sample and bottom one.
