摘要
目的：探讨住院精神疾病患者发生自杀意外事件的原因及护理防范措施。方法：对我院1996年1月-2006年1月8例住院精神疾病患者发生的自杀意外事件进行回顾性分析总结。结果：8例自杀意外，死亡4例，抢救成功4例。结论：掌握疾病特点，认真履行岗位职责，加强安全防范意识是防范意外事件的保证。
Objective： To research the reason and nursing preventative step of the unexpected suicide event of psychosis patient in hospital. Methods： Reviewd and summarized the unexpected suicide event of the eight psychosis patient in hospital during from January 1996 to January 2006. Results： The eight events of unexpected suicide, four cases have been dead, and another four cases have been successful saved, Conclusion： Grasp the disease characteristic, perform the position duty seriously, and strengthen the consciousness of preventative step is the guarantee to preventing the unexpected event.
