摘要
新生代农民工已经成为地方建设的主力军,他们的就业观会直接影响当地经济的发展。目前新生代农民工还不太重视职业规划,薪酬是他们择业的主要标准,他们希望企业能无偿提供技术培训、代缴养老金和医疗保险。要保证企业的可持续发展,政府机关要监督企业工资的发放和社会保障经费的缴纳,提供生产、法律等知识培训;教育机构要重视学生生涯教育;企业要调整经营管理思路、改善生产条件和生活条件;新生代农民工自身要有好的就业心态,积极参加技能培训,提高就业能力。
The new generation of migrant workers has become the major force in the local construction, their employment view has direct influence on the development of the local enterprises and economy as well. At present, the new generation of migrant workers tends to see salary as the main criterion, not paying much attention to career planning. They are hoping that enterprises will provide them with free technical training, payment of pension and medical insurance. To ensure the sustainable development, enterprises should readjust strategies of operation and management, and improve producing and living conditions; governments are supposed to supervise the payoff of salary in enterprises and the contribution of social security funds, and provide trainings about production, laws, etc.; educational institutions should pay attention to students' career education.As for the migrant workers themselves, they are expected to hold positive attitudes toward employment and actively participate in technical trainings so as to improve their capability of being employed.
