摘要
采用甲醇、氯仿、石油醚、二氯甲烷4种不同溶剂提取瑞香狼毒中的活性物质。利用生长速率法测定提取物对小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum)、黄瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporium)、苹果斑点落叶病菌(Alternaria mail)3种病原菌的离体抑菌活性。结果表明:96h后,瑞香狼毒甲醇提取物对3种病原菌具有较强的抑菌作用,抑菌率均高于68%,对3种病菌的抑制中浓度(EC50)分别为1.31、1.64、0.54mg/mL。
To explore the antifungal activity of the Extracts from Stellera chamaejasme. Against Three Phytopathogenic Fungi. Four of solvents were used to extracts the S. chamaejasme L. The fungistasis effects of different extracts were tested wit h 3 fungi, Fusarium graminearum, F. oxysporium and Alternaria mall. In three plants, 96 hours later, methanol extracts had strongest fungi stasis effect on all 3 species of fungi, the inhibition rates were more than 68 %. Methanol is 1.31, 1.64, 0.54 mg/mL.
