摘要
本文通过对我国1985-2007年农业基本建设投资、农业贷款、农业保险、农业科技与农民农业收入的关系进行协整检验并建立误差修正模型,验证了农民农业收入与上述几个因素之间存在的长期协整关系和短期修正关系。研究表明,农业基本建设投资是促进农民增收的重要因素,农业贷款和农业保险次之;农业科技投入对农民增收不但没有促进作用,相反有微弱的阻碍作用;最后就促进农民农业收入增加简要地提出了相关的政策建议。
The paper cointegrates tests and constructs error correction model to test relationship among agriculture infrastructural investment, agricultural loan, agricultural insurance, agricultural technology and farmers＇ agricultural income based on relative data from 1985 to 2007 in China. According to the findings, the paper concludes agricultural infrastructural investment is a key factor and plays a more important role in boosting farmers＇ income than factors of agricultural loan and agricultural insurance. Agricultural technology input, however, hinders the process of farmers＇ to obtain more wealth. Finally, the paper has forwarded some suggestions to government policy of increasing farmers＇ income.
