摘要
本文以制度经济学理论为基础,依据强制性因素和诱致性因素对我国乳品产业链纵向组织关系演变的影响,结合乳品产业在国民经济中的地位、作用及其自身发展规律,建立了乳品产业链纵向组织关系演变模型,并对我国乳品产业链纵向组织关系演变进行了实证分析,以期对我国乳品产业链纵向组织关系的演变进行更加客观、准确的分析,更加清晰地了解演变过程中各种变迁因素及其作用情况,也为其他产业组织关系演变的定量研究提供参考。
Based upon the system economics theory and the factors influencing the development of China＇s dairy industry chain vertical organization relationship from the mandatory and inductive aspects to dairy products along with its status, role and its path of development in national economy. Tile evolutionary model of dairy industry chain vertical organizational relationship is designed in the paper, meanwhile a qualitative analysis is done as well. The model offers a reference for quantitative analysis of other national economy industry chain organization relationship evolution.
